I would never have found the perfect first house for me without working with Ron Arnold at Kastle Properties. Ron is truly concerned about the happiness of his clients, so much so that there was never pressure to buy just anything. We went house hunting on three separate times over 3 years. The first time I just couldn't afford what I wanted where I wanted it and Ron never pushed me. The second time, on a whim, I found a house I liked driving by and Ron was quick to take me to look at it and put in an offer. When that did not work out, he was okay with my lack of interest in really scoping out the market again. This last hunting adventure really put us both through the ringer. Most of what I liked and could afford were short sales in Arlington. Ron was very knowledgeable about the process and as patient as could be with my frustration over the short sale process. He is very professional and works with other great professionals throughout the process. After six long months, the endless hours of house shopping and contract writing came to fruition in a great deal on a beautiful colonial brick home in Arlington, VA.
